• Construct up to 20 residential rental units.

• Construct one building into approx. 5,800 sf of community outreach space. 

• Construct one surface parking lot into 69 spaces.

Total project cost, including hard and soft costs is estimated to be at approx. $15 – $20M.

• Project is estimated to take 18-24 months to complete.

• Final Plan Presented to ACC: Q4 2024

• Groundbreaking: Q3 2025

• Construction to begin in Fall 2025
