The purpose of this RFP is to solicit development proposal(s), co-development proposal(s) and / or purchase agreement(s) from qualified co-developer(s), developer(s), non-profit organization(s), for-profit organization(s), and / or private buyers (collectively the “Offerors”) for the subject Sites and select a proposal(s) from a qualified Offeror. Selection of a preferred Offeror and subsequent award of the Site will result after the review of each submission for each Site. ADC will award a funding agreement to successful Offeror(s) per parcel considering the total requirements for this procurement and what is “Most Advantageous to Avondale” for the chosen Site(s) in accordance with ADC’s Policies and Procedures Guidelines and direction of ADC’s Board of Directors. ADC reserves the right to make no award pursuant to this RFP.

Please note that once a proposal is received for a Site, the Site will be listed on this page. Other proposals for that Site will be accepted for 30-days after which no further proposals will be accepted for that Site. After review of the proposal an award will be made or the Site will continue to be listed in the RFP. All awards will also be listed at this Site.
