PROJECT DETAILS

  • The Avondale Development Corporation (ADC) owns three contiguous vacant parcels at 534 Hale Avenue, 538 Hale Avenue, and 542 Hale Avenue. All these parcels are currently vacant residential land.

  • ADC desires to develop the Property into a residential subdivision consisting of up to 16 buildable lots for the construction of up to 16 townhomes

  • Consisting of a mix of 3-bedroom units at approx. 1,395 sf and 2-bedroom units at approx. 1,250 sf each.

  • All residential units are proposed to be made affordable to households earning 120% or less of the area median income (AMI).

  • ADC is leading this development with an affordable product and all seven units in the initial phase will be sold to families/households that earn no more than 120% of the area median income (AMI) and will be built to the highest of standards. The Uptown Consortium is serving as ADC’s development partner in this project primarily in an advisory capacity.
