Morag adlon
Morag Adlon has been a member of the Avondale Development Corporation of Trustees since 2018.
Ms. Adlon was named Loan Officer for the Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) in 2018. She is responsible for providing development services to potential borrowers, building relationships with community development organizations, and originating/underwriting loans. She joined CDF as Asset Management and Construction Administration Specialist in 2017. In this role, she was responsible for conducting loan reviews and evaluating the performance and condition of financed real estate including vacancy rates, operating expenses, net operating income, debt service coverage, operating cash flows and an estimate of property valuation. She also reviewed construction draw requests and inspected projects to confirm progress and quality of work.
Prior to joining CDF, Ms. Adlon worked for nearly 30 years in local community development roles with the City of Cincinnati and government entities in Northern Kentucky.
Ms. Adlon’s community service includes working with the Hamilton County Community Development Advisory Committee and Affordable Housing Advocates of Greater Cincinnati. She earned Masters Degrees from the University of Glasgow, Scotland (Geography) and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (Geography with an emphasis in Urban Planning). She is also a Certified National Development Council Housing Finance Professional and HOME Program Specialist.
