Cincinnati’s hottest neighborhood, indeed.

What do you call a place that has a rich cultural history, is experiencing billions of dollars of investment, is home to some of the most notable organizations in the world, and is drawing the attention of people and residents from across the region?

We call it Avondale, our home and the hottest neighborhood in Cincinnati.

Avondale has seen remarkable progress in its revitalization over the past several years, and 2022 promises more of the same. You’ll read about some of that progress in this edition of the newsletter. The Hale Townhomes project is rising from the ground, bringing sorely needed affordable housing to Avondale. You’ll read about the Greater Cincinnati Fund, one of the many organizations whose support of the Avondale Development Corporation is integral to our success. We could (and will!) fill many newsletters with other examples of this robust revitalization.

And to tie it all together, our board has approved the new ADC strategic plan, which will guide our efforts over the next three years.
