Avondale Day Festival & Feet in the Street 5K: Celebrating Our Community’s Largest Annual Collaboration!
Thank you to everyone for your contributions and efforts in making another successful Avondale Day Festival & Feet in the Street 5K. Despite having to reschedule the event from 9/28 to 10/6 due to storms and inclement weather, the day still served as Avondale’s largest collaboration annually.
Over 250 attendees participated in the Avondale Day Festival, as indicated by our vendors. 60 participants took part in the Feet in the Street 5K, including 15 timed competitors. 37 volunteers supported the event, with 23 of those being youth volunteers.
This collaborative effort between Avondale organizations, businesses, and community members made the Avondale Day Festival a successful and impactful event. Thank you all for your support.
