Vincent o. terry

Vince Terry has been a member of the Avondale Development Corporation of Trustees since 2018.

Mr. Terry has more than 27 years of experience in the Cincinnati Architect marketplace with projects ranging from PK-12 schools and higher education to healthcare and mixed-use facilities.

Mr. Terry is director of Covington/Cincinnati operations for Moody Nolan. He is currently the project executive leading the planning and design of a new mixed-use multi-family development by The Community Builders in Avondale, which is being completed through a grant award under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2. It will comprise 70 residential apartments along with a 20,000 square foot grocery store.

Mr. Terry has led a variety of other Greater Cincinnati projects for Moody Nolan, including Fifth Third Arena at the University of Cincinnati, Corporex Towers in Covington, Phase 1A at the Banks, the Erich Kunzel Center for Arts and Education for Cincinnati Public Schools and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital multi-specialty clinic in Green Township.

Before joining Moody Nolan in 2007, Mr. Terry worked with Cincinnati-based architectural firms DNK Architects, GBBN and glaserworks. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
